Carol Renfer Branchburg, NJ Carol Renfer, 76, of Branchburg, NJ, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 17, 2016 at her home. Born in Irvington, she grew up in Union before moving to Branchburg 43 years ago. Carol enjoyed gardening, sewing, and spending quality time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She will be missed tremendously by all who knew and loved her. She is preceded in death by her beloved parents Pauline Borner and Walter Fischer. Surviving are her beloved husband of 49 years, Bernard Renfer; 2 loving daughters, Michelle Reed of Washington, NJ, and Lisa Fairchild of Nazareth, PA; 1 dear sister, Georgine Gehri of Berkeley Heights; and 5 cherished grandchildren, Devon, Mason, Emily, Nicholas, and Ryan. Viewing will be held Wednesday, December 21, 2016 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm at the Branchburg Funeral Home 910 US Highway 202 South, Branchburg, NJ 08876. A prayer service will be held on Thursday, December 22, 2016 at 10am at the funeral home followed by interment at Readington Reformed Church Cemetery.
