Vincenzo Facciolo Bridgewater, NJ Vincenzo Facciolo, 93, of Bridgewater, NJ, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 9, 2018. Born and raised in Sant' Onofrio, Calabria, Italy, he immigrated to the USA where he lived in Raritan, NJ, for 15 years before moving to Bridgewater 44 years ago. He was a founding member of St. Rocco Italian American Club in Raritan and a member of the Bridgewater Senior Citizens where he loved playing pool with his friends. As a young teenager and up until immigrating to America in 1953 at the age of twenty -eight, Vincenzo worked as a master furniture and cabinet maker in his father's shop supporting his entire family which included six siblings. Vincenzo was very inventive. He hardly ever threw anything away as he enjoyed tinkering and fixing anything needing repair. He was always well dressed and took pride in his appearance. Vincenzo enjoyed spending quality time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He will be missed tremendously by all who knew and loved him. He is preceded in death by his beloved parents Teresa and Paolo Facciolo; his loving wife of 67 years, Paolina Marasia Facciolo (2016), his brother, Antonio; and three sisters, Lena Policaro, Caterina Franze, Rosina Riga. Surviving are his dear son, Paul and Wife Rose Facciolo of Robbinsville, NJ; two loving daughters, Theresa and husband Kenneth of Bound Brook NJ and Annemaria Facciolo of Pennington, NJ; his brother, Franco of Calabria, Italy; his sister, Domenica De Fina of Calabria, Italy; five cherished grandchildren, Vincent, Paula, Michael, Matthew, and Tyler; four adored great-grandchildren, Paul, Ethan, Benjamin, and Penelope; and many wonderful nieces and nephews. Viewing will be held Monday, November 12, 2018 from 4-8pm at the Branchburg Funeral Home 910 US Highway 202 South, Branchburg, NJ 08876. Funeral services will start with a prayer at 9:15am the funeral home on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 followed by a 10:00am funeral liturgy at St. Ann's R.C. Church in Raritan.
