Vesta Pierre Whitehouse Station, NJ Vesta Pierre, 95, of Whitehouse Station, NJ, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 15, 2022. Born in Port-au-Prince Haiti, she immigrated to the USA where she resided in in Whitehouse Station, NJ for the last few years of her life. Mrs. Pierre enjoyed cooking, attending church, traveling, and sending quality time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Sylvani Baubrun and Brunet Brice; her beloved first husband, Mark (2006); and her sister, Bertha Brice. Surviving are her three dear sons; Jean of Clifton, NJ, Leslie of Whitehouse Station, NJ, and Ernst and wife Michel of Towaco, NJ; two loving daughters, Germaine and husband Chenet Veillard of Montreal Canada; and Florence Apollon of Newark, NJ; five cherished grandchildren, Gregory, Carl Henry, Asheley. Vanessa, Neil, Jordon, Aisha, and Jonathan ; and six adored great grandchildren, Celeste, Myles, Julian, Fabien, Emma, and Noah. Viewing will be held Friday, August 26, 2022 from 6-9pm at the Branchburg Funeral Home 910 US Highway 202 South, Branchburg, NJ 08876. Funeral services will start with a prayer at the funeral home at 9:15am on Saturday, August 27, 2022 followed by a 10:00am funeral liturgy at St. Bernard R.C. Church in Bridgewater. Entombment will follow at St. Bernard Cemetery Mausoleum in Bridgewater. Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
