Thomas A. Salkowitz Jr. Branchburg, NJ Thomas A. Salkowitz Jr., 62, of Branchburg, NJ, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital in New Brunswick. Born in New Brunswick, NJ he resided in East Brunswick for most of his life before moving to Branchburg 6 years ago. Thomas was a member of the US Air Force for 2 years. Thomas was an avid golfer, took great pride in his woodworking, loved going hunting, and absolutely loved nature, but spending quality time with his family was what he cherished most. He was the most devoted husband and father and he will be missed tremendously by all who knew and loved him. He is preceded in death by his beloved parents, Genievieve and Thomas Salkowitz Sr., and his sister, Patricia Salkowitz. Surviving are his cherished wife of 42 years, Phyllis Salkowitz; two dear sons, Thomas and his girlfriend Jordan of Martinez, CA, and Christopher of Branchburg, NJ; his dear brother, Donald and his wife Jean Marie of Wall, NJ; his loving sister in law, Laura Landi of Branchburg, NJ; and many wonderful nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Monday, August 27, 2018 from 4-6pm with a prayer service at 5:30pm at the Branchburg Funeral Home 910 US Highway 202 South, Branchburg, NJ 08876.
