Thomas J. Knapp, 26 of Bridgewater, NJ, passed away on Thursday, September 2, 2021, at RWJ University Hospital Somerset in Somerville. Born in Somerville, NJ, Thomas resided in Bridgewater all his life. Thomas graduated from Bridgewater Raritan High School, Class of 2013. Thomas worked as a warehouse worker for Abacus Staffing in Piscataway. Thomas was a member of the 4H Club in Bridgewater, Cub Scouts Pack #99, and Boy Scouts Troop #88. He enjoyed playing his guitars, gaming, and chess. Thomas loved snowboarding, motorcycle riding and going to many amusement parks for the roller coasters. He had earned his certificate to Scuba Dive while on family vacation in Turks and Caicos. Thomas loved to be among his family and friends and had overcome many struggles during his recent years. He is preceded in death by his beloved paternal grandfather, Arthur Knapp (1987). Surviving are loving parents, Jenny and Michael Knapp, his dear brother James P of Palm Beach Gardens, FL; his paternal grandmother, Margaret and John Nowak of Little Egg Harbor, NJ; his maternal grandparents, Jeanet and Rudolph Ulmer of Bridgewater, NJ; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. A viewing will be held on Friday, September 10, 2021, from 4-8pm at the Branchburg Funeral Home 910 Rt. 202 South Branchburg, NJ 08876. A prayer service will begin at the funeral home on Saturday, September 11, 2021, at 9:15am. Mass will take place Saturday, September 11, 2021 at 10am Holy Trinity Church 60 Maple St., Bridgewater, NJ.
