Thomas Robert Kerfoot, 80, of Hillsborough NJ, passed away on Monday, April 28, 2025 at his home surrounded by his loving family after battling with Lewy body dementia.

Tom was born on December 18, 1944 in Westmoreland County, PA to William and Francina Kerfoot (Lyons). Tom served in the Army from 1962-1965. Shortly after, he was hired at Casale Industries where he eventually became the sheet metal welding supervisor. He worked there for 45 years before retiring in 2010. Tom was also a member of the Sheet Metal Local #22 of NJ.

Tom was a passionate Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He loved to go to football games, and he even attended three Super Bowls. He also loved to go saltwater fishing at the Jersey Shore. Some of his other hobbies included walking, gardening, and being a craftsman. Anything that needed to be fixed, Tom could fix it!

He is preceded in death by his parents, and his brothers Richard, Sam, Pete, and Dan Kerfoot.

Surviving are his loving wife of 57 years, Joanne Kerfoot (Smychynsky), his children Lynn and husband Anthony Crisafulli, Stacey and husband Raymond Ferrara, grandchildren Anthony J. Crisafulli, Allison Crisafulli, and Michael Ferrara, his sister Denise and husband Bill Lane, and a brother, Ramen and wife Daris Kerfoot.

A viewing will be held on Friday, May 2, 2025 from 3:00pm-6:00pm at the Branchburg Funeral Home, 910 Rt. 202 South, Branchburg, NJ 08876.
