Thomas J. Keeth Jr. 67 died Tuesday June 8, 2004 at the Somerset Medical Center. Born in Winfield, Kansas he formerly resided in Piscataway before moving to Neshanic Station 38 years ago. He was a Marine Corps Veteran of the Korean Conflict attaining the rank of Sgt. and was a recipient of the Good Conduct and National Defense Medals. Thomas Jr. was a Welder with Renda Tool and Dye of Bridgewater for fifteen years until retiring in 2002. He was a communicant of the Holy Trinity R.C. Church in Bridgewater. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoyed gardening and boating. A hobby he enjoyed most was the creation of various figurine and sculptures made of wrought iron. Thomas was preceded in death by his loving wife Barbara M. Hivko Keeth in 2001. Surviving are his loving sons Thomas J. III and daughter-in-law Susan of Flemington and Jason S. of Branchburg, a brother-in-law and sister-in-law James and Sheila Pervy of Milford, a sister-in-law Jean Hivko of Plainfield and a niece and a nephew. Funeral services will begin 8:45 A.M. Friday from the Branchburg Funeral Home 910 Highway 202 south, Branchburg followed by a 9:30 A.M. Funeral Liturgy at the Holy Trinity R.C. Church, Bridgewater. Committal will be private. Visitation hours are Thursday from 7 to 9 P.M. at the funeral home.
