Theresa M. Petras

Theresa M. Petras, 76, of Bedminster, NJ, passed away on Saturday, January 27, 2024 at RWJ Hospital in Somerville. Born in Newark, NJ, Theresa grew up in Warren and spent most of her time in Bedminster.

Theresa graduated from William Paterson University receiving a degree in Education. After graduating, Theresa went on to work for Bristol Myers Squibb for 20 years as an Administrative Assistant.

Theresa had a love for traveling. Whether it was to Ski in Colorado or even Switzerland. When she wasn't skiing, Theresa also enjoyed golfing, sailing, and traveling the Jersey Shore, specifically Long Beach Island and Lavallette. Most importantly, Theresa enjoyed spending quality time with her family.

She is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Marion and Michael Petras and her brother, James M. Petras.

Surviving are her loving sister, Deborah Beisler of Branchburg, NJ and two nephews John Beisler of Annandale, NJ; Evan Beisler of Branchburg, NJ.

A viewing will be held on Friday, February 2, 2024 from 3-7pm at the Branchburg Funeral Home 910 Rt. 202 South, Branchburg, NJ 08876. A prayer service will begin at 6:30pm.
