Theresa Piedilato Jubak , 93, died Thursday, November 26, 2009 at home, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Bound Brook, she resided there until 1992. She then resided in Whitehouse until moving to Manville a year ago. Mrs. Jubak worked for the former Somerset Valley Nursing Home in Bound Brook 30 years. She retired in 1982 as Supervisor of Housekeeping. Theresa loved to sew and during World War II she worked as a seamstress. She loved shopping, was a world traveler, enjoyed taking road trips with her husband, and spending quality time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 41 years, Emil Jubak; her dear daughter, Kathleen Mock in 2007; and her four siblings, Joe, Jerry, John and Marie. Surviving are her loving daughter, Celine DeRosa and husband, John of Whitehouse, her four cherished grandchildren, John DeRosa and wife, MaryAnn of PA, Lisa Little and husband, Gary of Stewartsville, Deana DeRosa of Whitehouse and Tara Andrews and husband, Kevin of Manville; her eight great-grandchildren, Rachel, Tanner, Megan, Haley, Brianne, Kaylee, Brooke and Summer; and her two great-great-grandchildren, Aidan and Leila. Funeral services will begin with a prayer at 10 AM, Monday, November 30, 2009 at the Branchburg Funeral Home, 910 US Highway 202 South, Branchburg, NJ 08876 (908) 526-7638 followed by an 11 AM Funeral Liturgy at St. Joseph's RC Church, 124 E. Second Street, Bound Brook. Entombment will follow at Somerset Hills Memorial Park Mausoleum, Basking Ridge. Viewing hours will be Sunday, November 29, 2009 from 1 to 5 PM at the funeral home.
