Suzan Marie Hanna, 30, of Bridgewater, NJ, passed away on Thursday, September 2, 2021. Born in Plainfield, NJ, Suzan resided in Bridgewater most of her life. Suzan graduated from Bridgewater Raritan High School, Class of 2009. After graduating, she went on to receive her Associates Degree in Criminal Justice from RVCC. Suzan loved to crochet. Whenever a new member of the family was being born, Suzie always made a beautiful blanket for them. One thing she enjoyed the most was spending quality time with her friends and family, especially her niece Ava. Suzie left behind a lot of broken hearts. She went to Heaven to be reunited with her parental grandparents, Mary and Victor, maternal grandfather Karim and beloved cousin Sean. She leaves behind the broken hearts of her maternal grandmother, Victoria. Endless amounts of aunts and uncles and cousins. The broken hearts left behind are her parents, Nidal and Suheir Hanna, her siblings, Chrissie, Summer (Karl), Kellie and Joey, her niece Ava and Stitch. The biggest love of her life was her niece Ava. Suzie and Ava shared a relationship and love that was comical. They fought like siblings, yet their love was something to be jealous of. Suzie was the type of person who thought of others before herself. She had a spirit to her. Her smile and her stories are going to be missed. Her soul, her love, SHE is going to be missed. We love you Suzie, our Suzie-Q. We hope and pray that peace has found you. Our world will never be the same, but the beautiful memories will always be with us. You will always be with us. A viewing will be held on Thursday, September 9, 2021 from 2-4pm & 6-9pm at the Branchburg Funeral Home 910 Rt. 202 South Branchburg, NJ 08876. A prayer service will begin at the funeral home at 9:30am. A funeral mass will be held on Friday, September 10, 2021 at 11am at St. George Orthodox Church in Piscataway, NJ. Burial will follow at Hillside Cemetery in Scotch Plains.
