Stephen Bereziuk

Bridgewater, NJ

Stephen Bereziuk, 71, of Bridgewater, NJ, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 20, 2023 at RWJ Hospital New Brunswick. He was born and raised in Elizabeth, NJ, before moving to Bridgewater 35 years ago.

Stephen graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School, Class of 1970. He then went on to graduate from Kean University in 1986.

He worked at Therapeutic Mattress in New Brunswick for over 20 years before retiring in 2019.

Stephen loved Ukrainian dancing, taking long drives, doing crossword puzzles, and spending quality time with his family and friends, especially his nieces and nephews. He will be missed tremendously by all who knew and loved him.

He is preceded in death by his beloved parents, Irene and Bohdon Bereziuk, and his loving wife of 44 years, Agnes (2021).

Surviving are his brother, Anthony and wife Marlene of Toms River, NJ; his sister, Luba Cook of North Fort Myers FL; five nieces, and two nephews.

Viewing will be held Wednesday, May 31, 2023 from 3-7pm with a prayer service at 6:30pm at the Branchburg Funeral Home 910 US Highway 202 South, Branchburg, NJ 08876.

Committal will be private.
