Sal Marsigliano Bridgewater, NJ Sal Marsigliano 81, of Bridgewater, NJ, who cared for his whole family all his life will now be watching over us in heaven. Sal passed away on Sunday, June 12, 2022, at the Care One facility in Bridgewater. He was Born in Brooklyn, NY and spent most of his life in Canarsie before moving to Bridgewater 30 years ago. Sal was the Owner/Operator of Canarsie Floor Mart for 60 plus years before retiring in 2011. Mr. Marsigliano was an avid Mets fan. He also was the first President of Ave L. Merchants Association in Brooklyn as well as a member of the Knights of Columbus. The thing Sal enjoyed the most was spending quality time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 63 years, Angela Santarufo Marsigliano, his parents, John and Anna Suttile, along with his, three brothers, John, Richie and Anthony. Surviving are his three dear sons, John Marsigliano of Bridgewater, NJ; Sal and wife Theresa Marsigliano of Bethpage Long Island, NY; Pasquale and wife Tina Marsigliano of Bridgewater, NJ; loving daughter, SallyAnn and husband Frank Mead of Somerset, NJ; brother, Tommy , three sisters, Paula, Teresa, and Lucy, his grandchildren, Michael, Joe, John, Theresa, Angela, Carissa, Ariel, Brittany, Sal Jr. Pat Jr. Adam, Zach, and Antonio , and his great grandchildren, Michael Mark, Ryanne, Trey, Nora, Granger, Violet, Presley, Shepard, Emma, and Philip. A viewing will be held on Wednesday, June 15, 2022 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm at the Branchburg Funeral Home, 910 Rt. 202 South, Branchburg, NJ 08876. A prayer service will begin at the funeral home on Thursday, June 16, 2022 at 9:15am. Funeral mass will take place at 10am at Holy Trinity Church in Bridgewater, where Sal faithfully attended over 30 years. The Burial will follow at St. Magdalen's Cemetery in Flemington, NJ.
