Rose Ehrnstrom Smith 91, went to be with the Lord on Saturday May 26, 2007. Born in South Plainfield, Rose was a resident of Plainfield and North Plainfield for more than sixty years. She then spent her last thirty years in St. Petersburg, Florida before moving back to N.J. to be with her family. She was a wonderful hard working person who was known for her great cooking, taking care of others and her servant heart. She will be missed greatly by everyone. Surviving are her loving son Hans Ehrnstrom of Forked River, her loving daughter Rena Britland and husband Richard of Whitehouse Station, seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and a sister Virginia of Florida. Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Thursday at the Branchburg Funeral Home, 910 Highway 202 south, Branchburg, N.J.
