Robert N. Fellner

Robert Fellner, 87, of Bridgewater, NJ, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 20, 2023 at RWJ Hospital. Born in Elizabeth, NJ, Robert grew up and started his family in Roselle before moving to Bridgewater 44 years ago.

Robert graduated from Abraham Clark High School, Class of 1955. Shortly after, he joined the U.S. Navy where he served from 1956-1957.

Robert was employed by Linden Motor Freight as a Forklift Operator for many years before retiring in 1998. After retirement, he worked part-time on the grounds crew at Fiddler's Elbow Country Club for 10 years. He enjoyed camping, fishing and hiking. He loved sitting by a nice campfire with friends and spending quality time with his family especially his grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his beloved parents, Irene and Fred Fellner, and three brothers, Richard Fellner, Walter Fellner, and Paul Fellner.

Surviving are his loving wife of 65 years, Patricia Grego Fellner, one dear son, Bob and wife Rosemary Fellner of Lebanon, NJ; one loving daughter, Carol Nasta of Asbury Park, NJ; one brother, Ronald and wife Donna Fellner of Lakewood, NJ; one sister, Evelyn McCartney of South Carolina, two cherished grandchildren, Rianna Nasta and John Nasta and many loving nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, January 29, 2023 from 1:00 - 3:00 pm at the Branchburg Funeral Home 910 Rt. 202 South, Branchburg, NJ 08876. A prayer service will begin at the funeral home at 2:30 pm.
