Robert J. Cassidy II Neshanic Station, NJ Robert J. Cassidy II, 57, of Neshanic Station, NJ passed away on Thursday, September 24, 2020 at RWJUH Somerset. Born in Altus, OK, Robert lived in Groton, MA and Nashua, NH, before moving to Neshanic Station 20 years ago. Since 1988, Robert worked for Merck and Co. as a Logistics and Operations Supervisor, Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Management. Robert was an avid golfer and a huge New England Patriots fan. Bob enjoyed woodworking, fishing, hunting with his father, traveling, skiing, and spending time in his beloved state of New Hampshire. Most importantly, he enjoyed spending quality time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He is survived by his parents Anita and Robert J. Cassidy I, his loving wife of 21 years, Amy Cassidy, two dear sons Robert and wife Jill Cassidy III of Beaver Dams, NY; Alexander Cassidy of Neshanic Station, NJ; two loving daughters Courtney and husband Bryan Acuto of Princeton, MA; Juliet Cassidy of Neshanic Station, NJ; one brother Richard Cassidy of Longtown, OK; two sisters Dawna and husband David Bartling of Bixby, OK; Lisa and husband Allen Durant of Milford, NH; and 5 cherished grandchildren; Ava, Max, Isla, Maylee, and Rose. Robert was also a beloved uncle to many nieces and nephews and a wonderful friend to all that knew him. A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 2, 2020 from 5-7pm at the Branchburg Funeral Home 910 Rt. 202 South Branchburg, NJ 08876. Memorial contributions may be made in Robert's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Pl Memphis TN 38105.
