Pauline M. Janukitas Weiss , 83, of Bridgewater, died Friday, May 1, 2009 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. Born in Pittsburg, PA, she formerly resided in Secaucus before moving to Bridgewater in 1995. Mrs. Weiss worked as an Executive Secretary for Maxwell House Corporation in Hoboken for 27 years before retiring in 1985. Pauline was an excellent candle maker and enjoyed gardening and dancing and was an avid traveler. She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Roy C. Weiss in 2003. Surviving are her loving son, Roy A. and wife, Lynn of Readington Township, her loving daughter, Sister Mary Roy Weiss, S.S.N.D. of Baltimore, MD, her sister, Mary Rengel of Tinton Falls, several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and her loving pet, Copper. Funeral services will begin with a prayer on Monday, May 4, 2009, at 8:15 AM at the Branchburg Funeral Home, 910 US Highway 202 South, Branchburg, NJ 08876 (908) 526-7638 followed by a 9:00 AM Funeral Liturgy at Immaculate Conception Church, 35 Mountain Ave., Somerville, NJ 08876. Interment will be in Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ. Viewing hours are Sunday, May 3, 2009 from 1 to 5 PM at the funeral home.
