Pasquale DiNella , 66, died Sunday, October 4, 2009 at his residence. Born in Santa Maria Imbaro, Province of Chieti, Abruzzi, Italy, he immigrated to the United States 45 years ago and became a United States Citizen on January 12, 1971. Mr. DiNella was the Owner/Operator of DiNella Trucking for the past 37 years. Pasquale was a communicant of Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Whitehouse Station. He enjoyed hunting and took great pride in his home renovations with his greatest loves being his vegetable garden and fig tree. His biggest source of pride and joy were his sons and grandchildren. Gabriele, his oldest son, for assisting him in all aspects of his life as his right hand man. Anthony for his service in the U.S. Navy, and John, for his uniqueness. He was proud of his grandsons, Gabriele Pasquale, for his tireless efforts as a volunteer fireman and EMT and Jeremy for his intellect and drive to achieve his goals. He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Raffaele and Adelina Perilli DiNella and his brother, Gabriele, in 2004. Surviving are his beloved wife of 45 years, RoseAnn Vendula DiNella; his loving sons, Gabriele and wife, Bettina of Raritan, Anthony and wife, Anita of Chatham; and John of Pittsburgh, PA; his cherished grandchildren, Gabriele Pasquale, Jeremy and Haley Mae; his five sisters, Carmela, Maria, Emiglia and Anna, of Abruzzi, Italy and Antonietta of Vancouver, Canada; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will begin with a prayer at 8:45 AM on Friday, October 9, 2009 at the Branchburg Funeral Home, 910 US Highway 202 South, Branchburg, NJ 08876 (908) 526-7638 followed by a 9:30 AM Funeral Liturgy at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 390 County Road 523, Whitehouse Station. Entombment will follow in St. Bernard Cemetery & Mausoleum, Bridgewater. Viewing hours are Wednesday, October 7, 2009 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM and Thursday, October 8, 2009 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM at the funeral home.
