Olga Fomichev

Olga Fomichev, 57, of Bridgewater, NJ, passed away on Thursday, August 10, 2023 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Born on December, 17, 1965 and raised in Moscow, Russia, Olga came to the United States in 1996 and settled in Bridgewater.

Olga graduated from Textile Industry Votech College in Russia in 1986.

Olga enjoyed crafting reborn baby dolls, meticulously making them look as real as possible. She adored animals and she had multiple pet companions throughout her life. Besides cats and dogs, horses were her absolute favorite animal. She liked them so much that she started to draw them at an early age and only got better at it with time. She learned how to oil paint with the help of Bob Ross on VHS, creating paintings of mountains, forests and the ocean. She loved to sew and she could fix any clothing. If she wasn't sewing, creating reborn dolls or painting, she would love visiting beaches, especially Outer Banks and the Jersey Shore. Most importantly, she loved spending quality time with her family especially her two sons.

She is survived by her loving husband of 28 years, Dmitry Fomichev, two dear sons, Yegor Tararouev, Nickolas Fomichev, and her parents, Lyudmila and Mikhail Egorov.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 19, 2023 from 2-4pm at the Branchburg Funeral Home, 910 Rt. 202 South, Branchburg, NJ 08876.
