Nicholas J. Cringoli, 54, of Raritan, NJ, passed away on Tuesday, March 2, 2026. Born in Somerville, NJ, Nicholas spent most of his life in Raritan. Nick was a beloved son, brother, uncle, nephew, and cousin whose kindness, generous spirit, and sense of humor touched many.

He received his degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.

A big video gamer, Nick loved playing World of Warcraft. He loved the outdoors, and was happiest when hiking and exploring with his dog Bella or adventuring and kayaking with family.

He is preceded in death by his father, Dr. Dominic Cringoli of Raritan, NJ.

Surviving are his loving mother, Virginia Cringoli and brother Michael Cringoli of Raritan, NJ; his sister, Terri (Cringoli) McDaid and husband Russ of Lebanon, PA, and nieces Rose McDaid and Grace McDaid; his aunt and uncle, Lucille and Claire McCobb of Raritan, NJ; his cousin Michael Scott McCobb, wife Danielle and their daughter Joy, all of whom he loved dearly.

Committal will be private.
