Michael M. Bolink

Michael Bolink, 96, of Branchburg died on November 4, 2024, surrounded by his loving family at All American Assisted Living. He was born on October 24, 1928, in Somerville NJ to his late parents Mike and Anna (Haska) Bolink.

Michael was a graduate from Bernards High School class of 1948. He was a proud veteran of the US Army and was honorably discharged in 1952. Michael worked as an operator at BASF. He retired and was able to enjoy dancing with the Hillsborough Rockettes & Rocket. In his later years he loved spending time with his grandchildren and his furry companion, Pedro.

He is survived by his beloved wife, of 69 years, Sandra, his daughter Sandy and husband Garry Bradfield of Highbridge, NJ, his son Matthew and wife Mary Anne Bolink of Branchburg; and several cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by his daughters, Thereas de Poortere (1956 -2023) and Michelle Ferrante (1966-2017).

Michael will be missed by all who loved him.

The family will be holding a private service.
