Marion Theresa Chiesa Neshanic Station, NJ Marion Chiesa, 82, of Neshanic Station, NJ, passed away on Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at RWJ Somerset. Born in Manhattan, NY, Marion resided in Catasauqua, PA for 19 years and Greenville, NC for 4 years before moving to the Neshanic Station/ Branchburg area 16 years ago. Marion graduated from Waymart High School, Class of 1958. She then went on to receive her bachelor's degree in Classics from Lehigh University. Marion also received her teaching degree from St. Elizabeth College Convent Station in New Jersey. Marion worked for Branchburg Township School District before retiring in 2021. Marion was a member of the Branchburg Senior Citizens. She enjoyed gardening and vacationing at the Jersey Shore, especially at Beach Haven. Marion loved to knit, crochet, and doing needle point. The one thing she enjoyed the most was spending quality time with her family especially her granddaughter Zoe. She is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Christina and George Chiesa and her first husband Joseph Wladika (1985). Surviving are her two dear sons, Joseph and wife Carol Wladika of Bethlehem, PA; Todd L. Wladika of South Amboy, NJ; one loving daughter, Laura and husband John Plomaritis of Branchburg, NJ; two brothers, George and wife Gale Chiesa of Tucson, AZ; Louis and wife Mary Prati of Northampton, PA; one sister, Carol and husband James Thomas of Andover, NJ; her cherished granddaughter Zoe, many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, and her Havanese dog, Cindy. A viewing will be held on Friday, June 17, 2022 from 3-6pm at the Branchburg Funeral Home 910 RT. 202 South Branchburg, NJ 08876. A prayer service will begin at the funeral home at 5:30pm.
