Marianne J Goepfert Bridgewater, NJ Marianne Goepfert, 82, of Bridgewater, NJ, passed away on Wednesday, March 23, 2022 peacefully at her residence. Born in Jersey City, Marianne resided in Teaneck for 21 years before moving to Bridgewater 55 years ago. Marianne graduated from Mt. St. John Academy, Class of 1958. She then went on to receive her Associates Degree from Farleigh Dickenson University. Marianne was in the convent for Sisters of St. John the Baptist for 3 years. She was very religious and active in her church, Blessed Sacrament. Marianne enjoyed cooking and attending all of her children's sporting events. She loved crafts and spending time down the shore at Long Beach Island and the Outer Banks. The one thing Marianne enjoyed the most was spending quality time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jeannette and Walter Case, her beloved husband, Joseph J. Goepfert (2012), two brothers, James and Walter Case, and a daughter in law, Bernadine. Surviving are her two dear sons, Joseph J. Goepfert Jr. of Clinton Township, NJ; Shawn and wife LuLu Goepfert of Bridgewater, NJ; two loving daughters, Jeannette and husband Kevin Mason of Readington Township, NJ; Keri and husband Scott Grasky of Peoria, AZ; two sisters, Dolores and husband Claude Baills of Oakland, NJ; Kathy and husband John Albolm of Allendale, NJ; nine cherished grandchildren, Brittany, Colin, Brenden, Emily, Logan, Connor, Ramsie Jo, Michael, Austin and many nieces and nephews. A viewing will be held on Monday, March 28, 2022 from 4-8pm at the Branchburg Funeral Home 910 RT. 202 South Branchburg, NJ 08876. A prayer service will begin at the funeral home on Tuesday, March 29, 2022 at 9am. Funeral mass will take place on Tuesday, March 29, 2022 at 10am at Blessed Sacrament Church in Martinsville, NJ.
