Maria Bandjlich Bridgewater, NJ Maria Bandjlich, 94, of Bridgewater, NJ, passed away on Sunday, July 17, 2022 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Spisske Vlachy, Slovakia. Maria came to the United States and resided in Manhattan, NY, before moving to Bridgewater, NJ. Maria worked for Ortho Pharmaceuticals in Raritan, NJ as a Packaging Operator for 40 plus years before her retirement in 1993. Maria was a member of St. Joseph's Altar and Rosary Society and a member of the Slovak Heritage Committee where they held annual events at the PNC Arts Center. She enjoyed cooking, baking, knitting, sewing, and gardening. The one thing Maria enjoyed the most was spending quality time with her family especially her granddaughter, Brianna. She is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Maria Tomcekova and Stephan Lorinc, her husband Andrew Bandjlich, three sisters, Frances, Helen, and Ancha, and two brothers, Stephan, and Jan. Surviving is her dear son Thomas Bandjlich and daughter Patricia Bandjlich of Bridgewater, NJ; one sister, Terka of Germany, one cherished granddaughter, Brianna, and many loving nieces and nephews. A viewing will be held on Monday, July 25, 2022 from 10am-12pm at the Branchburg Funeral Home 910 Rt. 202 South Branchburg, NJ 08876. A prayer service will begin at the funeral home on Monday, July 25, 2022 at 12pm. Burial will follow at St. Bernard Cemetery in Bridgewater, NJ.
