Louise M. Acri Lukatch , 82, died Saturday, December 29, 2007 at the Somerset Medical Center in Somerville. Born in West Hazelton, PA, she formerly resided in Manville before moving to Branchburg in 1961. Louise was a telephone operator for Pennsylvania Bell until 1950. She was a member of the Branchburg Senior Citizens club and enjoyed crossword puzzles and game shows. Louise was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 32 years, Edward in 1982, Surviving are her cherished daughter, Catherine Bayer and husband, Wolfgang, of Phillipsburg, her beloved son, Edward C., Jr. of Branchburg, her two cherished grandchildren, Carissa and Sarah Bayer, a great-granddaughter, Rosalie, her beloved brother, Fred Acri, Jr. and wife, Marlene, of Surprise, Arizona, and her cherished sister, Doris Kuntz of Goldsboro, North Carolina. Funeral services will begin with a prayer on Friday at 8:45 AM at the Branchburg Funeral Home, 910 US Highway 202 South, Branchburg, NJ, 08876 (908-526-7638) followed by a 9:30 AM Funeral Liturgy at St. Joseph's R.C. Church, 16 East Somerset Street, Raritan. Interment will be in the Somerset Hills Memorial Park Cemetery, Basking Ridge. Visitation hours are Thursday from 7 to 9 PM at the funeral home.
