Louis F. Santangelo , 96, died Sunday, June 4, 2006 at the Bridgeway Care Center in Bridgewater. Born in Plainfield, he formerly resided in Warren Township and than Dunellen for several years. He was a draftsman for Research Cottrell for 35 years until retiring in 1972. In was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 35 years, Pauline Russo Santangelo in 1969. Surviving are his loving daughter, Rosemarie Bersch of Bedminster, his dear son, John A. and wife Ann, of Rochester, MA, six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Louis' name to the Care Alternative Hospice, 70 Jackson Drive, Cranford, NJ, 07016.
