Loretta R. Gronroos

Loretta R. Gronroos, 87, of Branchburg, NJ, passed away on Sunday, July 20, 2025 at RWJ New Brunswick. Born in Perth Amboy, NJ, Loretta resided in Metuchen before moving to Branchburg.

Loretta had a love for music, especially Jazz music. She enjoyed cooking, watching the food channel and home improvement shows. She enjoyed boating at the Jersey Shore with her late husband, Bruce. Most importantly, Loretta had a great sense of humor and enjoyed spending quality time with her family.

She is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Helen and Alex Kopas, her husband, Bruce W. Gronroos, and her sister, Barbara.

Surviving are her dear son, Marc Gronroos, her loving daughter, JoHanna Gronroos, two cherished grandchildren, Brandon Reedy and Kayla Reedy, and her sister, Helen Roll.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, July 24, 2025 from 3-7pm at the Branchburg Funeral Home, 910 Rt. 202 South, Branchburg, NJ 08876 with a service starting at 5:30pm.
