Lois Ilaria DuFour , Martinsville, died Wednesday, June 6, 2005 at Haven Hospice at Muhlenberg Hospital, Park Ave. & Randolph Road, Plainfield. Born in Raritan, Lois lived in Fanwood before moving to Martinsville 43 years ago. She was an elementary school teacher with the Bridgewater-Raritan School System for 37 years before retiring in 1999. Lois was a member of the Red Hats Society and an avid reader. She enjoyed knitting and reading with a group of retired teacher friends. Lois was preceded in death by her parents, the late Nicholas in 1975 and Angela Zanette Ilaria in 1988. Surviving are her loving son Timothy of San Francisco, CA and her dear sister Arlene Ilaria of Bridgewater and many dear friends.
