She also travelled with them to Alaska, Africa, and Costa Rica. Her trips to the Adirondack Mountains and yearly trips with her sister Elaine to Cape May were her favorite. She had fond childhood memories of spending her summers at an aunts house in Lavallette, NJ.
Later in life, Lee earned an associate's degree at Raritan Valley Community College. She worked as an administrative assistant at the Adult Day Center of Somerset County for many years until she retired.
She is preceded in death by her beloved parents Louis and Hattie Foscato, her loving sister Elaine Todd and her brother-in-law William Todd.
Surviving are her two loving sons John III and wife Lori Watson of Bridgewater, NJ; James Watson of Clearwater, FL; her three loving daughters Laura and husband Tony Sarnoski of Kendall Park, NJ; Denise Wisniewski of Raritan, NJ; Jill Watson of Bridgewater, NJ; eight cherished grandchildren Briele, Allison, Troy, TJ, John IV, Leah, Kelly, and Tyler, and eight loving great- grandchildren Robbie, Ryan, Alex, Josh, Charlotte, Lexie, Colton, and Amelia.
