Lenore W. Sergio, 87, of Bridgewater, NJ, passed away on Sunday, February 5, 2023 at New Jersey Eastern Star Nursing Home. Born in Camden, NJ, Lenore resided in West Orange for 50 years and Rockaway for 13 years before moving to Bridgewater two years ago.

Lenore graduated from Colombia High School in Maplewood NJ, Class of 1953. She then went on to become the owner of her leather factory, H. Goldstein Leather, for 30 years before retiring in 1997.

Lenore was an Avon saleswoman for 40 years. She was an avid tennis player and bowled for over 50 years. She also enjoyed taking trips to Maine every year. Most importantly, she enjoyed spending quality time with her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Marcia and Harry Goldstein, her first husband, Sheldon Weinstein (1978), and her second husband, John Sergio (2021).

Surviving are her three dear sons, David and wife Karen Weinstein of West Orange, NJ; Andrew Weinstein of Bridgewater, NJ; Jed and wife Amy Weinstein of Bridgewater, NJ; three stepsons, Thomas and wife Elisabeth Sergio of Atlanta, GA; Albert and wife Liza Sergio of Encino, CA; Daniel Sergio of Verona, NJ; two loving daughters, Mindi Estevez of Montgomery TX; Joy and husband Michael Sharenow of Warren, NJ; one sister, Nessa Tarchis of Boca Raton, FL; twelve cherished grandchildren, Mychel, Jerry, Marc, Samantha, Daniel, Brittani, Sabrina, Alyssa, Justin, Sophie, Zachary, and Max, and three adored great grandchildren, Jerry, Marcus, Selina. In addition to  many loving Nieces and Nephews

A viewing will be held on Wednesday February 8, 2023 from 10am-11:30am at the Branchburg Funeral Home 910 Rt. 202 South Branchburg, NJ 08876. A service will begin at the funeral home on Wednesday February 8, 2023, at 10:15am. Entombment will follow in the Chapels at Short Hills 451 Millburn Ave, Millburn, NJ 07041
