Kathy Martorana of Raritan NJ formally of Madison Heights Michigan passed away peacefully on Thursday July 9, 2020 at the age of 54.
Kathy graduated from Lamphere High School in 1984. She went on to receive her Associates' degree in printing from Ferris State University in Michigan.
Her talent for graphic arts led her to design the art work for the tee shirts and patches used for the memorial project 9/11 Indianapolis. She also created many designs to support veterans as she was grateful for their service.
She enjoyed making people laugh and giving to those in need. Kathy was an avid fan of the Detroit Lions and Redwings and enjoyed off roading in her Jeep.
She leaves behind her loving wife of 33 years Colette Martorana, parents Patricia and John Chesser two dear brothers Chuck (Linda) and Christopher (Jenna) Chesser and one sister Laura, along with many loving brother and sister in laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and her dog Anouk.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial contribution may be made in her memory to the American Cancer Society.
A celebration of Kathy's life is being planned for early fall.
