Karen Siplak Hubert Bridgewater, NJ Karen Siplak Hubert, 63, of Bridgewater, NJ, passed away on Friday, December 20, 2019 at her home. Born in Somerville on May 12, 1955 to her late parents Catherine and Harry Siplak, she grew up in Bound Brook, then lived in Piscataway for 6 years before moving to Bridgewater 23 years ago. Karen was a graduate of Bound Brook High School class of 1973 and a college graduate of Rutgers University. Before her retirement, Karen worked as a teacher for the Cittone Institute (Now known as Lincoln Tech) in Edison NJ. Karen was a member of the Bound Brook Moose Club, Somerville Elks where everyone there knew her as the "pull tab queen", and an active volunteer at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital Somerset. Karen loved taking trips with her family, going out to lunches and dinners with family and friends, was always the life of the party, traveling every year to Aruba, spending quality time at her beach house in Brick Township, loved her dogs, but most importantly her family was her life. She will be missed tremendously by all who knew and loved her. She is preceded in death by her beloved parents and her adored dog, Lilly. Surviving are her beloved husband of 32 years, Paul; her loving son, Brandon of Bridgewater, NJ; her cherished sister and best friend, Sharon and husband Reid Ballai of Bridgewater, NJ; her sister in law, Marsha LoVerso of Easton, PA; her nephew, Larry LoVerso of Lancaster, PA; her niece, Alicia LoVerso of Philadelphia; her great niece, Kaylee LoVerso of Lancaster, PA; many cousins; and her 3 adored dogs, Shea her Bijon, Lola her Chihuahua; and Zoey her T-Cup Pomeranian. Viewing will be held Friday, December 27, 2019 from 4-8pm and Saturday December 28, 2019 from 9:30-11:30am with an 11:30am prayer service at the Branchburg Funeral Home 910 US Highway 202 South, Branchburg, NJ 08876.
