Jun Yang, 52, of Belle Mead, NJ, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at St. Francis Hospital in Wilmington, DE. Born in Tianjin, China, he immigrated to Canada where he lived in Toronto for 14 years before moving to Belle Mead, NJ, 6 years ago. Jun received his Bachelor of Applied Science Degree from Tianjin University of Science and Technology. He was proud of his work with several large tech companies including Motorola, RIM, Qualcomm, and most recently, Microsoft, where he worked as a Senior Design for Manufacturing (DFM) Engineer. Jun loved to cook, play tennis, travel, sing karaoke, and above all, he treasured spending time with his wife and kids, who were the joys of his life. Jun was ambitious, resilient, dependable, and had the biggest heart. His unfaltering character was admired by many, and he will be terribly missed. Jun is preceded in death by his father, Qikun Yang. He is survived by his beloved wife of 27 years, Lei Pei. He will be forever cherished by his 3 loving children, Sophie, Ellena, and Ryan. Jun will be deeply missed by his mother, Xiuzhen Qin, sister and brother-in-law, Ying Yang and Bin Liu. Jun will also be fondly remembered by his many extended family members, co-workers, and friends. 杨军,我们永远爱你!
