Josephine J. Litwin Jackson , 89, died Monday, May 30, 2005 at home. Born in Marion Heights, PA, she formerly resided in Maplewood and than Union before moving to Neshanic Station 12 years ago. Josephine was a homemaker. She was a former communicant of St. Joseph's R.C. Church, Maplewood and a former member of the Maplewood Senior Citizens. She was an avid reader who also enjoyed baking, cooking, gardening, taking trips to Atlantic City and horseracing. She cherished the time she spent with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert of 25 years, in 1970. Surviving are her loving daughters, Cynthia Savastano and son-in-law, Robert of Neshanic Station, JoAnne Bottomley of Union, her loving son, Michael and daughter-in-law Betsy of Clinton, her cherished grandchildren, William, Mary, Robert, Jacqueline, Jessica and Mellisa, her dear great-granddaughter, Hayley and a brother Steven Litwin and sister-in-law Tina of Pittstown, PA.
