Josephine Esposito DelMonte , 74, died Friday, December 28, 2007 at Somerset Medical Center in Somerville. Born in Newark, she resided in South Plainfield for 27 years before moving to Bridgewater 15 years ago. Josephine was a communicant of St. Bernard R.C. in Bridgewater. She was a homemaker who enjoyed cooking and baking. She cherished time spent with her family, especially her grandson, Michael. Surviving are her beloved husband of 43 years, Joseph; her loving daughter, Anna Marie Monks, and husband, Randy; her cherished grandson, Michael, all of Bridgewater; her dear sisters, Pauline Palatella of Cedar Grove, Margaret Schmalz and husband, Ronald of Branchburg, and Concetta Fracasso of Bloomfield; her dear brother, Neil Esposito and wife, Donna of South Plainfield and many nieces and nephews. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday at 11:30 AM at St. Bernard R.C. Church, 500 Route 22 East, Bridgewater. Entombment will be at Resurrection Cemetery Mausoleum, Piscataway.
