Joseph "Joe" M. Kelly, Jr., 89, of Bridgewater, New Jersey, passed away on July 28, 2026. Born on March 4, 1937, in Trenton, New Jersey. Joe is the son of Joseph and Mary Riccitelli Kelly.

He graduated from Rider College and held a career in finance, retiring from Union Carbide. He later continued working with Sears, Roebuck & Co. and Ditschman/Flemington Ford Lincoln.

Joe proudly served his country as a veteran of the U.S. Army. Throughout his life, he enjoyed spending time outdoors fishing and camping, and he had a lasting interest in trains and military movies.

This year marked 65 years of marriage to his beloved wife, Barbara Gasior Kelly. Joe is survived by Barbara; his son, Joseph, and his wife, Kathleen; his daughter, Megan Vernak; and his grandchildren, Timothy Vernak (Suzie Endicott) and Larissa Vernak. He was preceded in death by his brother, James Kelly. He is also remembered by his siblings, Julia "Judy" Sofield, Mary Musumecci, Kathleen Fidecaro, Dominic Kelly, and Nancy Ambrose.
