Joseph M. Del Santro, 55, of Bridgewater, NJ, passed away on Thursday, February 19, 2026 at RWJ in Somerville. Born in Newark, NJ. Joe settled down in Bridgewater, NJ.
Upon graduating High School, Joseph began working for Local 731 as a construction worker before his retirement in 2021.
Joe was an avid hunter and fisherman and spent many years at their Penn-Jy Sportsman's Club Cabin. He looked forward to the annual Myrtle Beach Golf Trips with his pals. Spending countless nights playing 500 Rummy, and watching reruns of the television sitcom, The Honeymooners.
He loved to reminisce about his HS Lenape Valley Football Team and Coach Smolyn. He took immense pride in coaching and watching his three sons play football. Joe was a die-hard Pittsburgh Steelers fan, embracing the black and gold and symbolizing his fandom with a 1968 Corvette themed around the team he cherished.
Most importantly, Joe enjoyed spending quality time with his friends and family. He was a people pleaser at heart, finding comfort in the company that surrounded him, culminating in an Annual Family Picnic each Summer.
