John W. Hicks, 78, of South Bound Brook, NJ, passed away on Sunday, March 17, 2024 at Bridgeway Care Center. Born in Plainfield, NJ, John resided in Piscataway before settling in South Bound Brook.

John worked for Johnson & Johnson for 8 years. He was an avid fisherman, loved the outdoors and hunting. During his free time, John liked to watch fishing shows and would take trips to New York with his friends each year. Most importantly, john enjoyed spending quality time with his wife, Carol.

He is preceded by his beloved parents, Ellie and William Hicks.

Surviving are his loving wife of 34 years, Carol De Bono Hicks, four children, and many grandchildren.
