John M. D'Aniello

Branchburg, NJ

John M. D'Aniello, 95, of Branchburg, NJ, passed away on Wednesday, October 18, 2023 at RWJ Hospital in Somerville. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, John resided in Branchburg for more than 35 years.

After graduating from High School, John went on to serve our Country in the Korean War.

John loved reading, doing jigsaw puzzles, playing Bingo, Dominos and card games, as well as working on word puzzles. He attended the Golden Age Club and was also a member of the Knights of Columbus. Most importantly, he enjoyed spending quality time with his family especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his beloved parents, Carmella and Joseph D'Aniello and his loving wife, Emilia D'Aniello (2020).

Surviving are his two dear sons, Joe and wife Carol D'Aniello of VA; John and wife Kerri D'Aniello of CT; a loving daughter, Elizabeth McDaid of Bridgewater, NJ; two brothers, Joseph D'Aniello of Brooklyn, NY; Ben and wife Gae D'Aniello of Ocean, NJ; a sister, Madeline D'Aniello of Brooklyn, NY; five cherished grandchildren, Ryan, Brianna, Nicholas, Michael, and Mario and two adored great grandchildren, Ariella and Emilia.

A viewing will be held on Friday, October 20, 2023 from 1-5pm at the Branchburg Funeral Home 910 Rt. 202 South, Branchburg, NJ, 08876.

Funeral mass will be take place on Saturday, October 21, 2023 at 10:30am at Sacred Heart Church, 1817 1st Street, Bethlehem, PA 18020. Entombment will follow at St. Magdalen's Cemetery in Flemington, NJ.

Memorial contributions may be made in John's memory to Whitehouse Fire Station Number One, 523 Main Street, Whitehouse Station, New Jersey 08889
