Jean L. Nunamacher, 94, of Branchburg, NJ, Passed away on Thursday, January 2nd, 2025 at Foothill Acres Nursing Facility in Hillsborough, NJ. Born and raised in Jersey City, NJ, Jean married the love of her life, Harold E. Nunamacher, in 1952. Together they went on to raise 5 children in Branchburg, NJ, where she still called home at the time of her passing. Jean attended Snyder High School where she graduated as Valedictorian.

Jean was a title searcher for the William E Decker law firm in Jersey City, NJ, as well as a teller for Somerset Trust Company. After retirement, Jean enjoyed traveling all over the country for football games and Navy reunions. Her happy place was Topsail Island, NC, where she and Harry made many wonderful friends and created wonderful family memories with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Jean cherished the time spent with her family.

She is preceded in death by her parents Mary Avon and William Avon Sr., her loving husband Harold E. Nunamacher Sr, Sister Thelma Bollman, Brother William Avon Jr., and her loving daughter Barbara J. Nunamacher.

Surviving are her 3 sons, Thomas Nunamacher of Woolrich, Pa, Harold E. Nunamacher Jr (Mary) of Southport, NC, Jeff Nunamacher (Laura) of Greer, SC., and her beloved daughter Karen Mencaroni of Raritan NJ. 6 cherished Grandchildren, Erika Del Rocco and Husband Nick, Jeff Mencaroni, Sam Nunamacher (Monica), Zach Nunamacher (AJ), and Thomas Nunamacher, 6 adored great grandchildren Nikki Mencaroni, Landon Del Rocco, Donovan Del Rocco, Bryson Del Rocco, Everleigh Del Rocco, Sofia Nunamacher and her Great Great grandson Rory James.
