Huei Kuo Tsai (Kevin), 78 , of Princeton, NJ, passed away on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Born in Guilin, China, Kevin came to the United States in 1981 and resided in Bridgewater for 12 years and Princeton for 26 years before moving to Montgomery 4 months ago.

Kevin attended Feng Chia College of Business and Engineering where he received his Bachelor's Degree in Textile Engineering. He started out working at various textile factories and oversaw over 2,000 employees. He also was a professor at Ming Thy College of Engineering. After immigrating to the United States, he later started his own Real Estate Empire for over 33 years.

Kevin enjoyed cooking and frequently going out to many different restaurants. He was an avid gardener and found joy in taking care of his orchids. Kevin loved to travel and care for animals. He was an extremely hard worker and was always ready to help those in need. Most importantly, he enjoyed spending quality time with his brothers, sisters and family especially his grandson Jack.

Kevin is preceded in death by his beloved parents, Yen Ho Lo and Cheng-Tung Tsai, and a sister, Huei Fen Tsai.

Surviving are his loving wife Jean Tsai of 42 years, two dear sons, Jack and wife Nadine Tsai of Neshanic Station, NJ; Tony Tsai of Princeton, NJ; four brothers Huei Bien Tsai, Huei Chu Tsai, Huei Jian Tsai and Huei Ying Tsai, three sisters Huei Chen Tsai, Huei Sian Lo and Huei Huan Szu, his cherished grandson Jack, his canine companion, Max and many loving nieces and nephews.

A viewing will be held on Sunday, March 12, 2023 from 11am-3pm at the Branchburg Funeral Home 910 Rt. 202 South Branchburg, NJ 08876.
