Harry Stephen Corvi, 91, of Palm City, FL, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 4, 2020. Born in Manhattan, NY, he lived in Astoria Queens, NY for many years before moving to Appenzell, Pa, and has been an official resident of Palm City, FL for the last 12 years of his life.
Harry worked as Treasurer for Hess Oil Company before his retirement 1986.
Harry was an avid skier, loved to cook, go freshwater fishing, travel around the world, and had a tremendous love for his three canine companions, Hershey, Mischa, and Jack. He will be missed tremendously by all who knew and loved him.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Elvira and Luigi Corvi; and his first wife, Gina Bruno.
Surviving are his beloved second wife of 16 years, Pamela Lawrence Corvi; his dear son, Richard and wife Mai of Bridgewater, NJ; his loving daughter, Patricia and husband Charley Widmer of West Harrison, NY; two loving step-daughters, Amy Dale of Morgantown, West VA, and Julie Lawrence of Appenzell, PA; seven cherished grandchildren, Stephanie, Kristen, John, Alex, Emma, Nicole, and Eliza; two adored great-grandchildren, Charolette and James; two wonderful nephews, Louis and Raymond Crotti; and his Labrador Retriever companion, Jack.
Viewing will be held Monday, January 13, 2020 from 10am-12pm at the Branchburg Funeral Home 910 US Highway 202 South, Branchburg, NJ 08876.
A funeral mass will follow at 12:30pm at St. Bernard R.C. Church in Bridgewater.
