Giuseppe Felice DiMenza

Giuseppe Felice DiMenza, also known as "Joe," 84, formerly of Wyckoff, NJ, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 8, 2024. Born in Omignano Cilento Provenicia di Salerno, Italy, Giuseppe immigrated to the United States as a young man.

Joe was proud of his Italian heritage and becoming an American citizen was a dream come true for him.

Joe was a factory worker in NJ in the textiles industry for ¬over 30 years before retiring in 2004.

Joe took great pride in his garden, especially his tomato plants. He loved playing cards at the Roma Club with his friends, roller skating, and traveled to Australia, Hawaii, Las Vegas, and took family trips to Atlantic City. He also enjoyed going to the Meadowlands horse racing track and loved all animals. Valentine's Day was his all-time favorite holiday.

Joe was fond of comedy, including The Three Stooges, The Honeymooners, Abbott & Costello and Laurel & Hardy. He also made his own red wine and appreciated fresh figs from his garden. Most importantly, he truly adored spending quality time with his family especially his three grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his beloved parents, Adelfina and Pasquale and five sisters, Louisella, Carmelina, Anna, Rosalia, and Giovanna.

Surviving are his two loving daughters, Almerinda and husband Alan Marchese, Adelfina and husband Jim Milici, his wife, Josephine DiMenza, a dear brother, Antonio and wife Theresa, sister Angelina, and three cherished grandchildren, Alison, Natasha, and Raymond.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 14, 2024, from 12pm to 3pm at the Branchburg Funeral Home, 910 Rt. 202 South, Branchburg, NJ, 08876. A prayer service will begin at the funeral home at 2:30pm.

Committal is private.
