Geraldine Connelly

Geraldine Connelly, who most people knew as "Gerry," born in October of 1935, was the daughter of the late Mary and Gaetano Migliaro and was the youngest of 14 children. Geraldine was a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was a widow to Kenneth Connelly, who departed his earthly life on June 1st, 2014. They had been married for 45 years, creating a beautiful family they adored. Geraldine passed away on Monday, December 5th, 2022, at 87.

Geraldine was a devoted wife, mother, and sibling. She was a dedicated family woman who always had an open door and listening ear. Gerry would want us to remember her as a strong and resilient woman who lived a life full of love. She was a passionate woman whose grandchildren meant everything to her. Being a grandmother was the center of her happiness.

Geraldine is survived by her four children, Phyllis (husband Raymond), Doreen (husband Joseph), Kenneth (late wife Mona Jean), and Raymond (wife Kimberly); grandchildren Doreen (husband Jerry), Amanda, Raymond (wife Nurcin), Christopher (wife Ashley), Kyle (wife Kristin), Felicia, Briana, and Louis; and great-grandchildren, Aydin, Kylie, Carter, Devin, and Christopher.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, December 8, 2022 from 3-7pm at the Branchburg Funeral Home, 910 Rt. 202 South, Branchburg, NJ 08876.

A prayer service will begin at the funeral home on Friday, December 9, 2022 at 9:15am at the Branchburg Funeral Home. A funeral mass will take place at Holy Trinity Church in Bridgewater, NJ at 10am. Entombment will follow at St. Bernard Cemetery in Bridgewater, NJ.
