Gerald Kovac

Gerald Kovac, 66, of Raritan, NJ, passed away on Friday, March 7, 2025 at RWJ Hospital in Somerville.

Gerald received his Associates degree from Raritan Valley Community College. After graduating, Gerald went on to work for the Bridgewater Police Department as a dispatcher, also working at Macy's and Agway.

During his free time, he enjoyed gardening, which helped Gerald get on the Environmental Commission in Raritan. He loved going to the beach and spending time online DJing. Most importantly, Gerald enjoyed spending time with his family.

He is preceded in death by his beloved parents, Theresa and Andrew Kovac.

Surviving are his dear brother, Andrew and wife Jill Kovac, cousins Frances Capetta and Kathy Guide, an aunt and other cousins.

A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Thursday, March 20, 2025 at 11am at St. Joseph's Church in Raritan, NJ. Committal is private.
