Frank Pellegrino Columbus, NJ Frank Pellegrino, 94, of Columbus, NJ, passed away on Tuesday, February 15, 2022. Born in Jersey City, NJ, Frank lived in Middletown, NJ for 23 years, before moving to Columbus, NJ. Frank graduated from Dickinson High School, in Jersey City, Class of 1945. Frank worked for Preston Trucking as a Truck Driver before retiring in 1998. Prior to his career in trucking, Frank worked in his family grocery store business in Jersey City. Frank enjoyed bowling, and taking numerous trips, especially to Italy, with his wife and friends. He educated himself when it came to the Stock Market. And he was an avid investor and follower of Cramer. The one thing Frank enjoyed the most was spending quality time with his family. He is preceded in death by his beloved parents, Lucy and Rocco Pellegrino, a sister, Ann Fiume, and his wife of 44 years, JoAnn Pellegrino. Surviving are his three dear sons, Frank and wife Cindy Pellegrino of North Plainfield, NJ; Michael and wife Donna Pellegrino of Bayonne, NJ; Mark Pellegrino of Belford, NJ; one loving daughter, Lucille and husband Charles Callari of Branchburg, NJ; one brother, Joseph and wife MaryAnn Pellegrino of Manchester, NJ; seven cherished grandchildren, Samuel, Nicholas, Gina, Frank, Sophia, Angelina, and Michael, and two adored great grandchildren, Luca and Leo. A viewing will be held on Monday, February 21, 2022 from 2-7pm at the Branchburg Funeral Home 910 Rt. 202 South Branchburg, NJ 08876. A prayer service will begin at the funeral home on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at 9:15am. Mass will follow at St. Bernard R.C. Church at 10am. Burial will take place on Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at 11:30am at William C. Doyle Cemetery.
