Born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, Eugenie immigrated to the United States in the summer of 1973. She spent her early years living in Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan before making Branchburg, New Jersey, her home.

After earning her bachelor's degree, Eugenie built a successful career with Smyth Associates, where she served as a Partner and Senior Executive Search Consultant. She was highly respected for her professionalism, leadership, and unwavering dedication to helping others achieve their career goals.

She was generous, compassionate, and always willing to lend a helping hand, offer thoughtful advice, or provide guidance to anyone in need. Her kindness, wisdom, and unwavering support touched the lives of many.

Above all else, Genie cherished spending time with her family, especially her beloved sons, creating lasting memories that they will treasure forever.

She was predeceased by her beloved father, Adolph H. Anderson, and her aunt, Alicia Brunache.
