Ellen Horinka Bridgewater, NJ Ellen Horinka, 84, of Bridgewater, NJ, passed away on Thursday, October 15, 2020 at Morristown Memorial Hospital. Born in Rockingham, PA, Ellen resided in Bridgewater NJ for 47 years. She retired from Chanel in Piscataway after 35 years of service. Ellen was the selfless loving Italian mother who lived for her children and grandchildren. She loved to watch cooking shows and cook. She was especially fond of baking for her friends and neighbors. Throughout her life, she enjoyed spending time down the Jersey shore with her beloved family. Ellen is preceded in death by her beloved parents Marie and Joseph Posa, 5 brothers Sam, Jim, Dominick, Victor and Tony, and her 2 sisters Virginia and Antoinette. Surviving are her daughter Karen Angel, of NJ; two sons Dennis Horinka also from NJ; Thomas and wife Carmel Horinka of Colorado; one brother Raymond Posa and his wife Teresa of PA; and two cherished grandchildren, Brittany and Dominique from Colorado. Ellen was a woman of Christian faith. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to St Jude, Operation Smile, Mercy Ships or Joyce Meyers Ministries. Committal is private
