Elizabeth J. Parenti Bridgewater, NJ Elizabeth Parenti, 67, of Bridgewater, NJ passed away on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at her home. Born in Somerville, NJ, Elizabeth spent most of her younger life in Branchburg for 23 years before finally residing in Bridgewater 35 years ago. Elizabeth graduated from Somerville High School in 1971. Elizabeth worked as a full charge bookkeeper at Temple Beth El for 22 years before her retirement in 2019. Elizabeth was an avid Yankees Fan. She would frequently take trips to DJ's in Belmar. She loved listening to country western music especially Tim McGraw, Keith Urban, and Reba McAntire. She loved traveling to the beach every year especially Ortley Beach, NJ. Most importantly, Elizabeth enjoyed spending quality time with her family, especially her granddaughter Catie. She is preceded in death by her beloved parents Elizabeth Ann and Charles Hunsicker. Surviving are her loving husband of 42 years, Peter Parenti, a dear son Andrew and his wife Renee Parenti of Hopatcong, NJ; 4 loving sisters, Barbara and husband John Fiorentino of Branchburg, NJ; Karen Hall of Stroudsburg, PA; Debbie Lamm of Stroudsburg, PA; Annie and husband David Potter of Branchburg, NJ; one adored granddaughter, Catie, her granddog Jake, and many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
