Elizabeth "Betty" Morrison, 95, of Bridgewater, NJ, passed away on Friday, May 22, 2020 at Laurel Circle. Born in Elizabeth, NJ, she resided in South Plainfield, NJ before moving to Bridgewater, NJ 14 years ago. Elizabeth was the office manager/supervisor for Rickel Home Centers before her retirement. Betty was a dedicated member of the Episcopal faith at St. Luke's and St. John Churches. She was a member of the Episcopal Church Women. Betty enjoyed sewing and became a skilled quilter, even when arthritis set in Betty persevered and donated many hand sewn quilts to her church. Betty was loved by all that knew her. She lit up a room and her mere presence was a beacon of optimism and kindness. Betty was a devoted Wife, Mother, Sister, Aunt, and Friend. Always giving of herself throughout her life, generously serving her family, friends, church and community, volunteering for countless causes to those in need. She is preceded in death by her beloved parents Lucy and Clifford Price, her loving husband of 50 years Henry L. Morrison Jr. ( April 16, 2001), three brothers, Clifford Price, Edward Price, and Richard Price, and one sister Lucy Lettier. Surviving are her two dear sons Tim and wife Lisa Morrison of Glen Gardener, NJ; and Ken Morrison of Bridgewater, NJ; two cherished grandchildren, Brian and Steven and many loving nieces and nephews.
