Elizabeth Collins, 89, of Branchburg, NJ, passed away on Saturday, February 11, 2023 at Hunterdon Care Center. Born in Jersey City, NJ, Elizabeth has resided in Branchburg for 50 years.

Elizabeth graduated from St. Aloysius High School in Jersey City, Class of 1951. She then went on to study at Raritan Valley Community College for two years.

Elizabeth worked for AT&T in Bedminster, NJ, as a Manager for over 20 years.

Elizabeth volunteered for Meals on Wheels for many years and was also a member of the Red Hat Society. Her favorite activities included skiing, cooking, and traveling. Beth loved spending time with her family at the beach home in Bayhead and vacationing at LBI. Most importantly, Beth treasured attending her grandchildren's events and gathering with her family especially her loving grandchildren, great grandchildren, extended family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Violette and Thomas Drury, her loving husband of 50 years, Arthur E. Collins Jr. (2005), her sister, Ellen Fallon, and brother in law, Michael Di Lonardo.

Surviving are her three dear sons, Arthur and wife Cathy Collins of Edison, NJ; Christopher and wife Lauren Collins of Milford, NJ; Matthew and wife Julie Collins of Hillsborough, NJ; two loving daughters, Jane and husband Scott Cowley of Milford, NJ; Mary Beth Paustian of Branchburg, NJ; one brother, Thomas and wife Nancy Drury of Moorestown, NJ; a sister, Jane Di Lonardo of Iselin, NJ; 13 cherished grandchildren, Ryan, Derek, Erin, Diana, Greg, Alanna, Justin, William, Patrick, Michael, Sean, Keira, Kelly and 5 adored great grandchildren, Michael, Jack, Juliana, Ava, and Lea.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, February 16, 2023 from 4-8pm at the Branchburg Funeral Home 910 RT. 202 South Branchburg, NJ 08876.

A prayer service will begin at the funeral home on Friday, February 17, 2023 at 10am. A funeral service will take place at the Neshanic Reformed Church at 11am. Burial to follow at Neshanic Cemetery.
